Larry J. Nulton, PhD
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Nulton is a licensed clinical psychologist. A graduate of Penn State University,
he later earned his PhD in clinical psychology from Bowling Green State University.
He is an adjunct faculty member at University of Pittsburgh and is a member of several
professional organizations, including the American Psychological Association, Pennsylvania
Psychological Association and the National Academy of Neuropsychology. Dr. Nulton
launched Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center in 1995. It has grown from its initial
focus on children's behavioral health care to include licensed services tailored
to meet the unique needs of adolescents, families, adults and older adults.

Doo W. Cho, MD
Dr. Cho brings more than 30 years of experience to his position. Throughout his
career, he has worked as a consulting psychiatrist for a variety of inpatient and
outpatient programs, including individual and group counseling. For two decades,
he served as Director of the Altoona Hospital Center for Mental Health Services
where he coordinated the Student Assistance Program for six school districts; developed
and managed the Center's quality improvement program; and directed its Geriatric
Assessment Program. He is certified by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry,
and is a member of several professional organizations including the Pennsylvania
Psychiatric Association and the American College of Forensic Psychiatrists.
Cathy Krinjeck, MA
Director of Residential Services
Ms. Krinjeck brings 18 years of administrative and therapeutic experience to her
position as Director of Residential Services. Prior to her appointment at Stonycreek,
Ms. Krinjeck supervised a Mental Health Day Treatment facility in Cambria County.
At Stonycreek, she is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of
clinical program and ensures that the expected treatment philosophy is maintained
throughout the facility. Ms. Krinjeck provides leadership to ensure the agency complies
with JCAHO, and the Office and Mental Health and Substance Abuse standards. She
holds a BS from Geneva College and a MA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Tanya Kvarta, MSW, LSW
Ms. Kvarta has provided therapeutic services to children and families for more than
thirteen years. In addition to her social work background, Ms. Kvarta has worked at
various levels of care such as BHRS, Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Residential
Treatment, and Family-Based Mental Health services. She holds a BA in Art Education from
Seton Hill/Saint Vincent and a MS in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.
Mandy Troxell
Therapist
Ms. Troxell has provided therapeutic services to children and families for over 8 years.
Mandy holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a minor in Psychology from Saint
Francis University. She is a certified trainer in the area of Suicide Prevention and Crisis
Intervention and has attended numerous trainings on various topics which have assisted in
enhancing her skills. She has experience in providing therapy for a wide range of mental health
and behavioral diagnoses. Her background includes working with adolescents in a correctional
facility as a mental health therapist as well as her current employment status as a family based
mental health therapist with Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center.
Dan Warner, PhD
Executive Clinical Director
Dan Warner, Ph.D. received his doctorate in clinical psychology from Duquesne University
in 2009. He has been working with children and families for seven years, including
intensive family therapy training at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic’s
Family Therapy Training Center, and training in psychoanalysis at the Lacanian School
of Psychoanalysis. He regularly speaks and presents on issues relevant to children
and family mental health.
